This Privacy Policy explains how Netserve IT Solutions Private Limited (“Netserve IT Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use https://netserveit.in (the “Website”), submit an enquiry, chat with us on WhatsApp, leave a review, request a quotation, place an order, or otherwise interact with our business.

We primarily serve business customers in India. This Policy is intended to be clear and practical for B2B enquiries and commercial dealings, and to reflect core principles under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), as it applies to our processing.

2. Scope

This Policy covers personal information relating to identifiable individuals, such as business contacts, enquiry submitters, reviewers, and customer representatives. It does not cover publicly available company information alone, or anonymised / aggregated statistics that cannot reasonably identify a person.

If you provide someone else’s details (for example, a colleague’s phone number for delivery coordination), you confirm you have authority to share that information with us for the stated purpose.

3. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

3.1 Information you provide

• Identity & contact: full name, company/organisation name, work email, mobile/phone number, job-related contact details.
• Enquiry / commercial details: product category, requirement description, quantity, preferred brands/models, delivery location notes, and other information you include in forms, email, or chat.
• Review / feedback: name, email, phone, company, rating, and written feedback submitted via our leave-a-review flow.
• Quotation / order paperwork: billing / shipping / delivery contact names, addresses, GST details, and related commercial correspondence needed to quote, invoice, deliver, or support an order.
• Consent markers: privacy acknowledgement / agreement checkbox where required on forms.

3.2 Information collected automatically

• Technical / security: IP address, approximate network location derived from IP, browser user-agent, and basic request metadata used for spam prevention, rate-limiting, abuse monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Campaign / attribution: UTM parameters and related campaign fields (for example source, medium, campaign, content, landing page, referrer) when you arrive from ads, partner pages, or marketing links.
• Cookies / similar technologies: session and preference cookies needed for the Website to function; analytics or advertising pixels only if enabled on the site (see Section 8).

3.3 Information from third-party business channels

• IndiaMART and similar B2B marketplaces: lead details you shared with that platform (typically name, company, phone, email, product interest, and enquiry text) when those leads are forwarded to us via authorised integrations.
• Messaging platforms: WhatsApp or similar channel metadata needed to continue a conversation you started (for example phone number and message content you send).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as biometric identifiers or health data) through the Website. Please do not submit such information in enquiry forms.

4. Why we use your data (purposes)

We use personal data for legitimate business purposes, including:

• responding to product / service enquiries and providing quotations;
• creating and managing leads in our internal CRM / sales workspace;
• sending order-related communication, delivery updates, invoices, and support replies;
• notifying our sales / operations team by email and/or WhatsApp when a new lead or review needs attention;

6. How we share information

• Internal team: authorised NetServe sales, operations, and support staff.
• Service providers: website hosting, email delivery, cloud infrastructure, security/CDN providers, and similar processors who support our systems under confidentiality expectations.
• Messaging tools: WhatsApp / Meta platforms when you choose WhatsApp contact or when our team uses WhatsApp to acknowledge a lead you submitted.
• Marketplace sources: IndiaMART (or similar) as the origin channel of a marketplace lead; we receive lead data from them rather than selling data to them.
• Professional advisers / authorities: auditors, lawyers, or government authorities where required by law or necessary for dispute handling.
• Business transfer: if we restructure or transfer business assets, relevant customer/contact records may transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Payment gateways or ecommerce checkout partners (if used for an online purchase) process payment data according to their own policies; we receive order and billing details needed for fulfilment and invoicing.

7. International transfers

Our primary operations and customer records are managed from India. Some infrastructure providers (hosting, email, messaging, analytics) may process data on servers outside India. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps consistent with applicable law and the nature of the service.

8. Cookies, analytics, and advertising tags

The Website may use:

• Essential cookies for session continuity, security, and basic site operation;
• Analytics tools (if configured) to understand aggregate traffic and page performance; and

When data is no longer required, we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it where feasible.

Our Website and services are directed to business users and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
