Is refurbished networking hardware reliable enough for production?
Yes. Enterprise switches, routers and firewalls are engineered for a 7–10 year service life, and the overwhelming majority of units reach the secondary market through a planned refresh or a site decommission — not through failure. Every unit we list is burn-in tested under load, port-verified, firmware-reset to factory and condition-graded before it goes on sale.
What warranty do I get?
A Netserve warranty of at least 12 months on every unit, with advance replacement on stocked SKUs so you are not waiting on a repair. Individual products may carry longer cover — the exact term is stated on each listing and on your invoice.
How does bulk pricing work?
Listings with quantity tiers reduce the unit price automatically as you increase quantity — the cart applies it, with no coupon or manual step. Above the bulk threshold shown on the product we quote by hand instead, so we can optimise sourcing across warehouses, consolidate freight and offer payment terms.
Can I raise a purchase order instead of paying online?

What do the condition grades actually mean?
Grade A+ is cosmetically indistinguishable from new. Grade A shows minimal use with no visible scratches at arm’s length. Grade B carries light marks such as rack-ear scuffs or faded labels. Grade C has visible cosmetic wear and suits lab, spare and DR use. Grading is cosmetic only — every grade is fully tested and functional.
Do you accept trade-ins or buy-backs?

What happens if a unit fails on arrival?
Report a DOA within 7 days and we replace it or refund in full, including return freight. Serial numbers are recorded against your invoice at dispatch, so a claim needs no paperwork from your side.
Do you ship outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. Stock dispatches from Gurugram with tracked logistics across India, and we handle e-way bill documentation. Multi-site rollouts can be delivered in staged tranches against a single order.
